I recently met with Hayley Murray regarding a rental property I own. They had taken over management of it following acquisition of the business from anther Agent, who had not done what they had contracted to do, were difficult to contact and were largely useless. I have had experience of 3 previous Agents over the years all of whom have been poor. Hayley was very helpful and is helping resolve issues I had with the last Agent. I have not had any issues with Julian Waddens their service has been streets ahead of all other agents I have used thus far. Long may it continue.

We always use Julian Wadden (Stockport) to help us find new tenants for our letting properties business – The whole team are always highly professional and ensure that the process is seamless from start to finish. Lydia Swann (Lettings Manager) kept us fully informed at every stage from credit checking to the preparation of the tenancy agreement. For good practice we always ask that an inventory check be carried out prior to a new tenant taking up occupancy and this was carried out by Rae Griffin who attended the property accordingly. Cannot recommend them highly enough – they really do offer the whole package and nothing is too much trouble!
