We wanted to express our appreciation for the help we have receive from your staff.
We have had a recent turnaround on the tenancy of our flat. Georgia found us a new tenant at the rent we wanted. Violet has liaised with us to ensure a smooth handover from the letting side.
In particular, Josh has made sure that things are ready for the new tenant and advised us where we could save some money.
We’ve had the storage heaters taken out and new heaters installed. The old tenants moved out on Tuesday and the new ones are in on Friday. Job well done!
