Loren was such a friendly and welcoming lady. Talking me through my swimming history beforehand. Then she was really helpful in the pool telling me how to correct my technique/stroke and giving e valuable information and drills to take away with me to practice. Such great facilities they have there. Definitely recommend

"Swim smarter"

From arriving to delivering I couldn’t be more happy!, never swam in endless pool but Loren puts you at ease and gets down to work. My goals were simple swim faster with less effort? A stroke change that she picked up has me swimming faster with less effort….now looking forward to smashing the swim at Weymouth!, thanks

"Significant improvement to swim speed"

This was my first time in an endless pool. Passion Fit's expert video analysis of my swim stroke showing before and after was superb. They followed up with a written report so I know what to work on. I have now put the lessons into practice and have seen a significant improvement in my swim speed/efficiency. I can't stress enough the importance of such video analysis and would certainly recommend Passion Fit.

"Quality Endless Pool session with Loren"

Endless Pool session with Loren. Simply a great session, Loren and the team welcomed me in, took time to understand me and clearly explained what will happen during the session.
Feedback on my stroke was provided via media and a really thorough explanation.
We tweaked a few things and then back to work in the Endless Pool. Further recordings and feedback was really helpful.
Following the session I received all recordings and a written brief.
A really good session, well worth the money and will be back for a follow up!!

I am part of there community membership and in my opinion worth every penny. Great bunch of coaches who help with structure and non stop advice. Always full of energy and there members are also great. Opportunities to join them in events and holidays. I am joining them in lanzarote for coached swimming then a triathlon afterwards. Couldn't recommend enough. Shame I live so far away but it still manages to work.

"Novice tri athlete looking for swimming assistance"

Training for an upcoming Ironman 70.3 and my swimming is a big weakness. Passion Fitness was recommended and I booked a 90-minute single analysis session to aim at a few improvements and ease my swimming fatigue.
Loren was very friendly and informative. Knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and laid out a plan to best achieve it. Would highly recommend anyone looking to start out with triathlons to book a session here.

"Amazing and Passionate Coaches/ Community"

It all started with a email to loren asking for a swim analysis, and to Lydia for a bike fit as was just scrolling through google just to see what was about. Hands down one of the best decisions I've made. The swim analysis was top draw discovered strengths and weaknesses and it has improved my swimming so much and there is still much to learn as well, loren wrote everything down and this enabled me to put this into practise. Lydia's bike fit was awesome, she showed me how I should be sitting looking at the different principles for the bike, she explained everything to me and adjusted my bike ands made some notes for me to take away with and I've never felt so comfortable on the bike. 10/10
From this I took up Lorens offer to go to a few group sessions where they coach athletes from all wakes of life and this was amazing from the people there and from the sessions that Loren, Tom and Lyds were running. So good that I decided to make the investment in having them coach me to see what we can unlock together in the future. Kind, passionate and awesome community to be apart off.

As a beginner to triathlons I was nervous about being using an endless pool. But Loren was fantastic at explaining and making me feel at ease!

The pool, lesson, and follow up were all brilliant and I saw a huge improvement from just one session.

"Fantastic endless pool session"

I booked a session with Loren in the endless pool to look at my technique for long distance swims. I’m not a triathlete but Loren understood what I wanted out of the session to be able to efficiently swim 5-10km. She was so knowledgable and you can really achieve a lot in each session with her explanations and being shown your swimming right there and then to be able to correct and keep practicing. I’ve never used an endless pool before but Loren makes you feel very comfortable with every aspect of the session. Would fully recommend even if you’re not a sports person and you just want to check how you swim!

"Swim Analysis"

After attending many coached swim sessions and seeing no real improvment with my swim I decided to reach out the the Passion Fit Team for a swim analysis. Head coach Loren took the session, it was well structured with feedback sessions throughout, followed by a detailed report.

Needless to say, since the analysis my swim technique and efficiency has greatly improved.

If you are looking to improve your swim tecnique and ability I can't recommend the Passion Fit Team enough !!
