It’s been a year since I began my coached athlete journey with Passion Fit, coached by Loren. It’s been a wonderful year, full of athletic surprises that I never dreamed could be possible. I’ve had so much fun along the way with the amazing community of athletes that I am fortunate to get to share this journey with. The most surprising part has been the hugely positive impact the Passion Fit coaching concepts have had on other parts of my life. The professionalism and attention of the coaches to listen to what you want to achieve and to tailor your coaching in a way that is sustainable and works for you and your circumstances is brilliant. They make sure that you always maximise the benefits of every session and keep you focused on your long term goals.

Being part of Passion Fit also brings you into the community of other athletes and their positivity and genuine enthusiasm for each other's journey is very humbling. Everyone is there for each other whether you are a seasoned, experienced athlete or a newbie like me!

"More than just triathlon coaching!"

Whilst I'm relatively new to Passion Fit Coaching having only joined 8 months ago, being coached by Tom.
All the coaches bring their own style and experience to group and individual sessions which is great from a learning perspective. The community aspect and support shown by everyone is excellent and a great source of motivation. Being remotely trained based on the other side of the world hasn't taken away from the sense of community that I enjoy.
Tom is a highly knowledgeable, no nonsesne coach who is able to help sync up all facets of my life, family, work and triathlon journey ensuring one doesn't dominate the other two. He holds me to account whilst teaching me the necessary behaviours to be self driven in achieving my goals!
