For our small bar, the Tabology system made the POS experience quick and easy for both our staff and customers. Easy to install and get up and running on an iPad, the company has excellent back up in times of trouble and are available at any hour if you’re in need of help. I can not recommend Ali and his team highly enough if you’re thinking of changing your till system.

I cannot recommend Tabology enough! From the very beginning, Ali gave me an amazing product demo, and I was sold. Once I decided to proceed with the system, Glenn helped me set up the back office side of the system, and he was fantastic. He was patient and thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.

We then held a testing phase over a couple of months to train our staff and update our existing processes/procedures to work alongside Tabology. Throughout this time, Glenn and Mark were absolutely fantastic in guiding us and sorting out any teething issues we've had. They were always available to help and went above and beyond to ensure we were entirely comfortable with the system.

What really impressed me about Tabology was their support team's work in integrating their system with our other systems. They were always available to help and were incredibly knowledgeable, making the integration process seamless.

Overall, the team at Tabology is simply superb. They are knowledgeable, patient, and always available to help. The system itself is also very intuitive and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Can't fault the customer service at all - impeccable and always available. Super super helpful from initial set up right through to when I was leaving. No hard sell, no pressure - just how it should be!!

But from a food takeaway perspective, I didn't feel it was the right software for us. I want to be able to know my top-line daily figures at a glance - spend per head, most items sold, income per hour, overall income - without having to pull three separate reports. Unfortunately this is where I felt it wasn't a good fit for me.
