Excited to move from izettle pro, which was very limited in many ways but did the job with lots of workarounds. Tabology seem to have taken what Izettle did right, added in bits they didn't do so well, and are actively listening to the feature requests Izettle ignored for years- all while coming in at a really competitive price point. It's been a great experience so far and we look forward to future developments.

Thankfully the crew at Tabology have nailed this complicated area completely with their excellent and easy to use software so that everything you need is accurately recorded and available at the touch of a button.
As someone who worked extensively in software training and consulting in a former life and now runs a cafe bistro, I can honestly say I’ve not been this excited about tech for a very long time!
EVERYTHING is covered. The crew at Tabology have thought long and hard about what’s needed from the ground up, through their own experiences from the trade and produced what I can honestly say is the very best EPOS system I have ever seen.
Product and category set up is simple, recipe set up is simple, space for allergens, calories and modifiers, even measurements for bulk buy items.
Rota system is excellent and over time provides you with accurate forecasts of staff needs and costs.
Reporting is incredible. Exactly what you need at the touch of a button. Check out sales volume on individual products, over timed periods, all the info is there for you to drill down as far as you like.
I really can’t recommend this system more highly.
Another extremely important thing to consider when looking for software is the support you get - it’s a crucial aspect, and once again, these guys have it nailed. Extremely quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. All comments, feedback and suggestions taken on board, and excellent advice and ideas provided. They’ve got their own hospitality business and know exactly what we need and have created the perfect fit.

"THE BEST EPOS SYSTEM & SUPPORT FOR OUR NEEDS"

After spending 24 years in the IT industry it was important for me to find the right product. I spent a lot of time looking at various EPOS systems, so what made me choose this one.

The main thing was the knowledge of the Pub and Hospitality arena as they own their own pubs. They have had this software for 10 years and it has grown with their knowledge of this sector.

I contacted many EPOS providers and these were the only ones to come back to me quickly. We only have one pub needing two iPADS so we are not big players but they treat you the same as someone needing 60 licenses.

Today I had an initial overview with Ali and not only is he helping me with the system but very open with his knowledge to help me with the running of my new Business. Their customer support is very unique.

This is just the beginning of me using this system but I am fully confident that with their support that this is going to put us in good stead for success.

Very impressed that I can tracks costs of products, recipes as well as doing our rotas and timesheets. I havent even scratched the service. There was one item that I would have liked in the Rota and he has taken it away as he thought it was a good idea and looking to implement it.
