Leider habe ich einen Segway ninebot f20 privat gekauft der vorbesitzer weigert sich einen Kaufvertrag auszustellen. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit segway Service Vorlage aller Dokumente beschreibung sn Nummer und Email sind sie nicht in der Lage mir zu helfen.
Mein Fazit lasst die Finger von den Teilen kauft euch etwas gutes wo man auch unterstützung bekommt segway ist nicht in der Lage dazu

Review for Segway Scooters: Disappointing Experience

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Segway Scooters, especially coming from such a large and well-established company that should have its act together. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

First, my order was inexplicably doubled, leaving me with products I didn’t need. On top of that, I was sent a battery that was completely incompatible with the scooters Segway knew I owned. When I asked to return these products, I was initially told that accessories are not returnable. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to accept the return, only to provide me with a bogus shipping address. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer to cover any portion of the return shipping costs.

I was surprised by the poor level of customer service until I looked up reviews and saw I was not alone—there are many other negative experiences. It’s clear Segway has significant issues with how they treat their customers. I sincerely hope they take a hard look at their operations and customer support because, at this point, their service is not only inadequate but reflects poorly on their brand.

Until Segway gets its act together, I cannot in good conscience recommend their products or services to anyone. Buyer beware!

"The absolute disgrace of a customer service."

This company really is an absolute disaster for customer service their repair center destroyed my scooter right, mind you this is a brand new scooter, their repair center literally have little to no regards on fixing peoples scooters the correct and viable way but they love to take our thousands of dollars but to provide service is not second nature to them I have multiple pictures proof that this company destroy my scooter, and when I told them their responsible to replace my scooter they said only repair what you mean only repair you have to replace the unit because you guys destroy my scooter and if you don’t have it in stock then you guys have to upgrade me this company really needs to have a whole restructure. I wish I could post pictures here and show you the before and after of my scooter I haven’t even gotten my scooter for a month and it was brand new when I sent it to them and it’s looks absolutely abysmal and they still neglecting the whole fact that they the ones who destroyed my scooter and instead of being a responsible company and replacing the unit like any other company would they want to give the round around and just disregard a persons product this company need to be absolutely be held accountable I deserve a new scooter just the way I sent it to you, and I deserve a better customer support if you wanna be taking people’s money in the thousands mind you this is 3rd time I have to send it in for their damages I feel bad for customer service people they have to take the brunt of it all but at the same time they don’t care they already took your money and now make me wait for almost a month for them to repair my scooter in like new condition you should see how that scooter looks like now my god.



Update: the ruin the scooter even more and now are being an absolute disaster into replacing the unit customer service representative are also rude as well

"Bad service "

Bought a go kart for my 8 year old son for Christmas it didn’t work so I called customer the were nice over the phone however the protocol was horrible they had me take the kart apart and send half of it back I wasted hours of my time which I was ok with just wanted my son to have his kart but it’s now been a month and I am still waiting and I am not getting new I am getting a repaired part makes no since why they didn’t just send me a new part day one my son was so excited to get his Christmas gift and now it’s just sitting in the living room all apart waiting for then to fix parts and send them back refurbished instead of new
The bad
1-extra work for me wasted hours of my time
2- my son has waited a month and still no kart still waiting with no estimated time
3-I bought a new kart but now I getting a repaired one not the new one I bought

"Meinen MAX G2D (Gekauft am 14.10.2024)…"

Meinen MAX G2D (Gekauft am 14.10.2024) am 19.11.2024 zur Reparatur von 4 Mängeln abgegeben. Seitdem ist das Ding verschollen. Weder Mail´s noch Telefonate werden beantwortet.... Nie wieder Segway‼️ Im Übrigen ist der Scooter bis heute 07.02.25 noch verschwunden….. nun kümmert sich ein Rechtsanwalt darum 🤷‍♂️

"I vestiti"

I vestiti, sbandierati come made in Italy ( roba da denuncia) sono ovviamente arrivati con grave ritardo con un viaggio avventuroso dalla CINA ed erano semplicemente impresentabili, tessuto imbarazzante, design ridicolo. NON comprate falsi artigiani , mai vista l'Italia. Styo valutando una azione legale, per ora segnalayi alla polizia postale

"Ein Stern ist noch zu viel "

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel . Am 26.11.2024 Reparaturauftrag erstellt. Bis heute 06.01. kein Retourenschein oder allgemein Antwort auf Nachfragen zum Auftragsstatus erhalten. Es tut sich einfach nichts. Mittlerweile scheint es als würde man einfach den Ablauf der Garantie abwarten.

"Finger weg von diesem Scooter"

Das Gerät kam neu bei mir an, trotz ordnungsgemäß heruntergeladene App keine Verbindung möglich zu keinem einzigen Handy. Ich muss den Scooter leider wieder zurückschicken und werde mir sicher keinen mehr von Segway kaufen. Ich rate jedem die Finger von diesem Scooter zu lassen, da ohne App überhaupt nichts möglich ist. Leider ist telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Auch per Mail meldet sich niemand trotz des hohen Preises ein Mega schlechtes Produkt. Ich weiß nicht, wie dieser Scooter bei einem renommierten Unternehmen Testsieger werden konnte.

"Second hand Segway issue / binding"

Bought a Segway Ninebot second hand. Well turns out third hand. Item is bound or bind to original owner via his mobile and email. Segway say they can unbind providing I provide email, phone number and Origin with proof of purchase. Not that I can get in touch with original owner but why would he disclose those details to a stranger. Maybe segway can give me their ceo mobile and email. Moral of storey is be careful buying used items as Segway won't help

"Horrible customer service "

Horrible customer service.i sent my zt3 in to be replaced get my new can't use it because it can't connect. I called asked why but then ended up having to figure the issue out myself. I can't connect to the new because it's trying to connect to the old I asked if they could disconnect it they said it would take 1-2 hours and then I would receive a call saying it was done. 24hours later no call or email. Disconnecting something does not take that long and when I called and asked today I'm getting excuses of why it's not done. I use the scooter as transportation to work so I don't have to pay for lyft or uber so not a place a would ever recommend to anyone to get a product from here because if there's an issue it'll take forever to resolved if it even does get resolved at all.
