"The service was very poor"

The service was very poor. Once they took my car, they wldnt answer my calls. Only contacted me to inform me of what else was wrong with my car and the increment in the repair bill.
Staff were rude, when booked the service for my vehicle they told me it will take 2 days for it to be serviced but once they had my car in their possession they took 4 complete days just to carry out a basic animal service and even then I had to chase them around to get my car back.
I took my car in on a Monday and after given a run around for 4 days I finally got my car back. The service they carried out was a very basic standard yet they charge me over. £1000 including VAT. I will never recommend or go back to this place.

I cannot recommend Rockar Canary Wharf enough! Ben was very informative and went out of his way to ensure we made the best choice for ourselves to suit our circumstances.

We also had a solo test drive which helped give us a feel for what we were looking for.

Love these guys, can’t recommend them highly enough, new car turned up before due date, communication second to none with each and every person I dealt with over the phone, Darren the drop off guy was great too, I was kept informed all the way along throughout the buying process ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She is a real asset to your brand and provided us with a truly memorable and personable experience.

Based solely on this visit alone, we would not hesitate in making a purchase from you as we were installed with every confidence in your brand (and in particular, the E-Pace - we just wish it was available as a self-charging hybrid!).

"Penguins"

I've got two children and the youngest is obsessed with the film Madagascar. Which means I've seen the film a lot of times. And if you're an adult and you've seen it a lot of times, you develop a fondness and admiration for the penguins.

They're superb communicators, resourceful and adaptable. They listen to needs, communicate clearly, formulate a plan and execute it flawlessly. When their service users throw unintended spanners in the works, they pause, regroup and adapt seamlessly.

Anyway.

Rockar are penguins.

"ROCKAR A ROCK SOLID SERVICE"

The whole process of booking for a service and getting a replacement car to the full service and MOT of my Range Rover was great. Monty at Rockar JLR was very helpful through the process and kept me updated every time when required. I will definitely use the same location again and will recommend the Range Rover owners to use the same location. Thank you all the team for great job.
