This is the first time I have ever wrote a review iam 64 and never needed help like this before I was claiming pip after some health issues was totally out of my Depth I got help from the PIP Help group they were so good put me at ease and explained everything to me many times over as I forget alot of things but nothing was any trouble I must mention Kim Forshawe & Dave both volunteers thankyou so much Kim even sat in on my Assessment much appreciated my guardian Angels just notification that I have been awarded Standard on living and standard on mobility couldn’t have got through this with you both thanks again A big shout out to Kim & Dave keep up the good work and it’s free .

Without question I could not have started, majorly tweaked and finalised my PIP application without David at PIP HELP! David has been a fountain of knowledge with a genuine respect and heart for those he speaks to over the phone. You just know the not for profit organisation has it's callers at their heart and they will endeavour to help you. I was under a tight timeline, but that didn't matter as the additional help David gave to me for FREE over our multiple phonecalls was exceptional. Thank you, David. "PIP HELP - IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM 6 STARS!"

I suffer with fibromyalgia, chronic OCD, anxiety and depression. When the dreaded brown envelope turned up, I really didn't want to open it. let alone fill it in, as we all know how difficult it is to get PIP. I tried CAB, but I could never get through to them. A friend of mine then recommended PIP Help and they were absolutely brilliant for me!

Thanks to their advice and support, eventually I was re-awarded PIP at the enhanced rate for daily living and mobility. This time for a much longer period.

I really can't recommend this Non-Profit Organisation strongly enough. If you are having any problems with claiming PIP, or don't know where to start; my advice is pick-up the phone and call them. You won't find anyone better to help you!

David has been known to my family for many years. When I became unwell I contacted David and Shelen for support. Sadly I was to unwell and unable to communicate with other people due to my serve depression, anxiety and serve panic attacks.
David and Shelen both supported me, listened carefully and got me through the process, which I couldn't ever do on my own. They were patient, understanding and supportive through-out. This resulted with a positive outcome, which is supporting me through a difficult time in my life.
PIP help was the life line I needed when I was must vulnerable. I recommend this service 100%.
