I had amazing experience with David and Shelen they were there for me throughout the whole process and I was very pleased with the outcome of my claim for PIP I referred a couple of my friends who have also had very successful claims and her struggle to even get PIP in the first place who were actually entitled and they came through and got their PIP for them. David helped me with PIP after my first failed attempt, helping me to redo my application using the correct dialog needed to actually get some points.
Unfortunately PIP do not disclose the key words they look for, so they actively expect people to fail.
Not all disability is visible, and those of us with hidden disabilities deserve as much help as those with physical disabilities.

This organisation is amazing they did my pip claim without David and Sheleen I would have just given up and wouldn’t of carried on with claim.DWP were so unhelpful so if you are in any doubt about using this organisation don’t be.They are amazing professional people who really know there stuff.

"I had lost my whole award and was…successful outcome"

I had lost my whole award and PIP HELP won it back for me!! I contacted CAB and honestly I was so low I felt like giving up. My health had got worse and I reported the changes and was awarded zero points and lost the whole lot! CAB was taking so long and time was running out. PIP HELP were amazing!! They went completely out of their way to help me. Always available with a kind, helpful listening ear whenever I needed them. They understood me! They gave me help that I had never experienced before, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I can't rate them enough!! Whoever is going through issues with their health and need help with PIP more than recommend this NOT-FOR-PROFIT Organisation. My anxiety was through the roof and they took over. I got my award back through them and could never have done it alone. Before you go anywhere else turn to them that's my advice!!
