After having an horrendous customer service with another company I can not praise Nicole in Pinenergy enough assisting me today. She went above and beyond to help me in anyway she could I am very thankful to her. Customer Service is excellent. Thank you again Nicole

I got through to Nicole, who sorted me out so quickly and was so nice about it. The best service I've had from a service supplier in a very long time.

"ATROCIOUS SERVICE AVOID THEM..."

Requested an urgent recalculation at the beginning of Sept as Im being charged 360 a month on Level Pay. Have been in credit since August and still they are charging the same amount even though my usage has nearly halfed. I was told they would PASS it on to their Accounts but there has been no acceptable resolution going in to now the third month. I am now nearly 600 euros in credit. I have requested they remove my card details from their system so I am not charged further and they confirmed they can't do that immediately as again they need to PASS it on the IT dept. I have collectively sent over 20 emails and had nearly 10 phonecalls to try get this sorted but Customer Servive agents and a Manager called Denise seems to be unaccountable and neither of the issues are resolved. My last Complaint was requested to go the Operations Manager as per their complaints procedure but guess they are unaccountable too. Shocking company to deal with and blamed everything on the system to avoid taking responsibility and help customers.
Update
I got a phonecall the same day as this review went up confirming the usage had been recalculated. It's unfortunate that I had to go to these lengths to get a resolution or for action to be taken. Frustrating beyond belief, I have since changed supplier as dealing with a company providing a necessary and vital service shouldn't be this stressful or complicated.

So originally called up with a problem about not being able to top up, and when I was finished speaking to an agent named Lisa, my power was back on and she had sorted out three other problems that I was having if I could say that Lisa is good at her job it would be an understatement the customer service I received from Lisa at Pinergy was over the top and outstanding. If I could speak to her manager, I would tell her manager she needs a raise

"Good service"

I had been waiting a long time to get my Wife added to the bill. The girl I was talking to Friday said she'd call me back today with an update which she did. My wife is now on the bill. This was good service. On Friday I was also able to request a payout of €900 as I was in a lot of credit due to FIT so that was welcome. Unfortunately I can't remember the girls name, possibly Anthia.

Leanne went out of her way to help me out, after noticing this was a bank issue she helped me with topping my meter up from her side so I wouldn't suffer with an electricity cut, she was a great help and thanks a million again to her
