Absolute crap and confusing app. App didn’t work for more than month. Now when it works I have no clue what tariff they apply but it looks that it is higher then what agreed. No periodic statements are being provided.

P!SS poor customer service. Got a young one who sounded as if she'd rather be anywhere else other than on the phone with me. Pinergy never notified the old electricity supplier that they'd taken over the supply - I only realised when a guy from the ESB turned up to turn off the electricity altogether. Signed up to a budget plan - don't bother, seriously high initial rates for some reason (1 of their agents said that verbatim) €188 a month. They took the first payment despite not even supplying the electricity. You'd think someone would have noticed? In short, will pay to get out of the contract - they really don't give a toss; companies are making money hand over foot atm.
Would rather sh!t on my hands and clap than spend time stuck in a contract with them. Thank you for your time.
