Kyle called back in response to my bot query to receive a CB a topup issue.

He was very polite and responded professionally. As the issue was resolved, I had to hold him to another query in relation to pinergy app setup. He helped and did everything necessary to get my app setup. I came across an issue with not being able to add payment card details. I have sent an email to pinergy customer support.

All in all, excellent support.
