I signed up to Pinergy as a business customer in November 2022. They promised to install 6 sub meters . We eventually got 3 by the end of January. As I write however the final 3 have yet to appear on the dashboard. They have been here 8 times now and still they have not delivered as promised. In January I contacted their customer service hot line, the poor hot line people had no idea and it took ages to get follow up. I had to use Linkedin to get a company manger to sit up and take notice, then in March I was passed on to a customer service rep. Turns out they only installed 3 meters in the first place, so they added the other 3 end of April, but guess what, they don’t work., they have been out to them 3 times now. The new rep is lovely , and she organises engineers to call out. The engineer then tells me all is well and the system is fixed, but give it a few days to update on line. I do that but when I check again the meters do not appear and so I have to chase them again. The most frustrating thing is that the rep assigned to the case is not proactive she really should check herself to ensure the issue is resolved rather than making me having to constantly chase them. Its hard to imagine that I am 8 months with them now and they have still not delivered on their contract and or promises. !, Did I save money with Pinergy, yes I can’t deny that, but their customer service and follow up is a shambles, the left hand has no idea as to what the right is doing. Contact renewal is only a few months away thank heavens maybe it will all be sorted by then.

"Pinergy does not want to use my…"
Pinergy does not want to use my goverment credit since March, instead they keep charging me even if my account is in 300 euro credit, I was talking to them 3 times, but no help, they said i can use it only if i have higher bill, is this normal?? They did not charge me in January and used goverment credit, now they are saying that I only can use it if I use more electricity, absolute nonsense, another thing is that they said that if I switch to other provider they will charge me 12 euro penalty per month for early switch, is this legal what are they doin? Dont know what to do !!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
