"I've being with 2 different payg…"

I've being with 3 different payg electricity providers over the years and never had a problem signing up I said I'd give pinergy a try contact them only to be told my mprn is not compatible with there system and couldn't offer me payg but could offer bill pay no thanks would love to know how pinergy are different to other providers seeming as they all use the same infrastructure
