After numerous phone calls and emails, and requests for call back I am still getting nowhere with Pinergy!
They go radio silent as soon as I ask why my two Government electricity credits (€200 each for Jan & March) are not on my account. I received an email to notify me of the January €200 credit BUT it did not go on to my account. I didn't even receive an email about the second one despite confirming with them over the phone that a second one should have been issued and I should have been notified! I am still awaiting for this credit to be applied to my account, WHERE IS IT?
UPDATE - was contacted by Pinergy after posting this review. They apologised for the delay and lack of continuity with my multiple attempts to raise my issue with them over the past few months. They have now added the government credit to my account.

Good provider overall but some customer agents are not very helpful and we needed to call multiple times to get the documents we needed for a passport application.
