I originally purchased some parts from Royal Body Kits because they had the lowest price I could find. They were really good at keeping me informed during the whole process and I got my parts when they said I would so I already had a pretty good experience. Some months later I was having an issue with one of those parts and emailed them with a question. After about a month and a half of no replies I finally was able to connect with someone from RBk. Come to find out, they had replied to each and every email I sent but for some reason I simply wasn’t receiving them. In the end they were in deed able to get me the warranty part I needed, and I should have been responsible for the shipping cost but Royal Body Kits shipped it to me at no charge because of the miscommunication and hassle - which I remind you was absolutely no fault of theirs. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had customer service at this level. I will definitely continue to purchase from RBK and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

So i didn’t realise the wait would have been 10 weeks, they did say in email once I’d ordered it could be 6 to 8 weeks because it was maxton , but anytime I mailed and asked I was updated straight away so I can’t complain, spoiler lip is exactly as described so I’m more than happy with it , 😁

"€500 no clips"

To be honest, almost €500 for my A7 rear valance,and it has no made on clips,like the OE that comes off ,one has to remove the complete bumper not a small task and screw it into place with self tappers!!! Can not understand why 6 clips would have made it much simpler job and much better product, I'd expect that fitment from wish.

Bought the Rally vents for the RS. Fast shipping by UPS in excellent condition! Only, the installtion went not so smooth as i thought but it could be me. Still happy with the product. Can't wait to try it at the track.
