Great experience overall. I ordered side steps and upper rear spoiler, both Urban, for my Defender 110.

Easy communication via email with Gonzalo who replied always in a polite and professional manner.

Shipping was simple with ups, a couple of days delay did not bother me at all.

"Maxton parts to Ireland. Excellent Service"

I ordered a lot of Maxton Design parts for a VW Golf 7.5 R and an Audi 8Y RS3 to be delivered to Ireland. There was a lead time with these parts but I was kept fully up to date the whole way through the process. Excellent customer service. We were even given a partial refund as a Black Friday discount because we ordered about a week before the sale started.

Can’t recommend RBK enough.

3D printed attachment points are too brittle and snap when fitting start button and during installation.
Door Armrest and Gear Surround trim have to be installed by applying glue. Buyer should read the product description carefully before purchase. Don't assume this will be what you would expect it to be.

Update - 4th Sept

I have to commend Gonzalo as since I emailed the sales team, they honoured and refunded the issues I had with them so I have to say my experience has been "challenging" like others but communication was good to the point we came to a resolution hence the change of review from bad to an actual 5 star.
I've amended my review to still state and say speaking to Gonzalo from beginning was helpful and even offered discount to get the order affordable.
In RBK's defense before I get into why my review was originally a 1 star, I should of read their website for further details in regards to shipping but this is also where my disagreement begins as you never ever read every single website and if I'm unsure, I make contact like I did.
So if you're going to make a purchase, make sure you are aware of shipping costs as well as duty fee and ask if they can gain a quote from UPS or FedEx as they can definitely provide this so that both parties are aware of the total delivery costs.
But managed to get this all resolved and I like to commend RBK professionalism during this matter.

Ordered the Eventuri intake for my AMG A45S from Royal Bodykits for delivery to Australia as there was a 8 to 12 week wait for supply locally. The part was shipped within 7 days as promised and arrived by UPS 5 days later. Communication with the seller was perfect throughout and I am a very happy customer.
