Our 2nd order with this Company and again served by Simon from their Watford branch who, again, served us with great professionalism and exemplary customer service.

"Salcombe Bed Good quality, poor assembly instructions."

Salcombe Bed. While the product quality and packaging is excellent, the assembly instructions are poor and unclear. Also the spring system is universal and one bolt was not long enough to include the supplied washer which is why I’ve given 3/5 stars.

"We visted the store within Dreams"

We visted the store within Dreams, Canterbury. Can honestly say it was the best customer service and experience for a really long time. We were looked after by Bezer and there really wasn't anything he didn't know the answer to. We wanted to see the furniture in person after having a bad experience with another company buying online but not seeing the product and it arriving pretty flimsy. The bed we were looking at was super strong and exactly how it looked online, maybe even better. They currently have a 3 for 2 offer which we will be making us of. The furniture feels great quality and beautifully designed. Bezer really helped us, we tried all the mattresses and he gave us a pillow to use as we tested them out. Overall couldn't have been a better experince. Bed has been ordered and really excited to recieve. Hope Bezer gets some recognition as he represented the company very well, an asset to you.
