"Useless company "

useless company. waited forever for item to come back in stock then they delivered the wrong item. Took 40 minutes to get through on phone even though I was told wait time was 6 minutes and then I was told I was 1 minute away for 25 minutes. Gave up on web chat because after taking my order number no one got back to me after 20 mins. Eventually got through on phone and they didn't give a monkeys so I won't be using them again. Such a waste of time I've spent on a piece of furniture.

"Matresses do not last"

Purchased the Conrad mattress 1 year ago from F&B. Issues with delivery of goods being wrong and faulty on 3 occasions and have had 2 mattress replacements because they have both failed. Terrible quality & service.
