"Bowed bed slats, no solution and poor customer service"

I'm really disappointed with Feather & Black's customer service and poor product quality.
I reached out to them last October, as the slats on my Sienna bedframe had started to bow and they said it would cost £300 to replace them (as out of the 2 year warranty period) or I could pay to have the bed independently inspected to prove the bed frame isn’t fit for purpose.
I was disappointed to hear this, as a high-end bed frame shouldn't be developing a fault, within 4.5 years of ownership. However, after giving it some thought and my bed getting more uncomfortable in the meantime, I decided to cut my losses and in February, asked them to proceed with the replacement slats order. To my surprise, I was told they now use a different manufacturer and cant guarantee the slats will fit my frame anymore and haven’t provided me with any solution. They’ve also been slow to respond and I’ve had to chase.
Considering this bedframe is still advertised on their website and looks exactly the same (the superking which I have is valued at ÂŁ1,899), I do not understand why they cant check compatibility or propose an alternative solution. Also, why would they change the supplier / manufacturing approach?
Not only did I invest in the bed frame, but I have the matching bedside tables too. The slats have continued to get worse - what am I expected to do?
If they cant propose a solution, then surely I should be entitled to a new bed frame or refund in line with my consumer rights?
Neither my husband or I are overweight.

"Really great shopping experience "

Our visit to Feather & Black in Wednesbury was such a great shopping experience. Bobby couldn’t have been more helpful. He helped us with a query on a previous on line order and helped us place an order in store, he’s also really knowledgeable. I have to say we much preferred the in store experience as it’s really helpful to talk to a staff member first. It was great to see the products in the flesh and we were really impressed with the quality of the bed we wanted to buy.

"I ordered the Salcombe Wardrobe which…"

I ordered the Salcombe Wardrobe which had a 12 week wait time. Communication was good and the Wardrobe arrived.

Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing error and the doors did not align and had to be returned.

This is a known defect on this Wardrobe. It was then returned. I'm now waiting 2 to 3 weeks for it to be delivered as I requested a QC check. At no time did customer service apologise until I asked why not?!

Disappointing and hoping the next wardrobe is fit for purpose.
