They kept me informed about the delivery via text messages as well via email. The night before the delivery they gave me a two hour slot. On day of the deliver the driver, Paul called me at 07:45 am to say they are on their way will be with me in half an hour.

Great from start to finish. Chose product, got a great price and agreed the delivery date when placing the order. Comms pre-delivery excellent and the two-man team arrived on time, used shoe covers and delivered Super King to first floor, taking away all packaging.

Seemed like she did not want to assist us.
However, she quoted that she will apply discount at the time when we place an order.
We placed an order but discount not applied.
When we questioned about discount she
Murmured that we did not spend enough.
Our total purchase was over £2500-

Bed was delivered on time, very well packed and the delivery drivers brought all packages up to bedroom. Easy to assemble and took no time at all, but didn’t find any instructions (not needed).
Bed looks great and mattress is extremely comfortable.

Our visit to your Milton Keynes store was a nice experience. We were immediately greeted by Sarah who was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the beds and the lead times. We were given information and guidance, yet space to explore and make our decision (which took us some time!!)

Super company to have dealt with, very helpful from start to finish and not pushy. Bed delivered very promptly and with the professional touch, looks stunning. Would have bought the bedding had i seen it earlier as the thread count was superb giving it a hotel finish.
