The Wooster Bed is fabulous. Customer Service team so helpful on the phone and via email. I changed the delivery date 4 times and it wad not a problem. The team who came to assemble it were professional, quick and the whole experience was seamless, which is hard to find in the UK in my experience! Thank you F&B

I had a great experience with Feather and Black and their Wednesbury store. Angelo was so helpful and understanding of how important such a big purchase can be. He was unbelievably informative and explained everything clearly which made my first time purchasing my own bed an easy and fun experience!

The bed was delivered exactly when I was told it would be when purchasing and the two delivery drivers were very kind and respectful when coming to my home- they even took their shoes off at the door without me asking!

I will recommend feather and black to all my friends and family!

"We ordered the green Charlotte bed"

We ordered the green Charlotte bed. It’s a nice, good quality bed and we didn’t wait too long for it.

We paid an additional £60 at the time of ordering for the delivery drivers to assemble the bed. Unfortunately we wrongly assumed that this was a reputable company with professional, trustworthy staff who had been appropriately vetted with character references. The bed took a long time to assemble and with many trips up and down the stairs, I am very vulnerable at the moment being heavily pregnant with a 2 year old at home and having just moved house, so did not watch the drivers the whole time and my wedding ring and engagement ring were stolen. I was incredibly upset with customer services who showed no empathy or shock at all and did very little to address it, other than interviewing the man who took it, who denied it, and that was it. They did not check the van CCTV or offer any other help or support or even apologise, and the man is still now working for the company.
