"Website glitch led to a lovely personal service with Jas"

There was a glitch on the website that showed the delivery date too late (and a charge), so I went on the chat to ask, ended up chatting to Jas who was an absolute gem. Fixed whatever the issue was, sorted out the delivery and assembly and I’m hoping to pop into store to get a mattress.
Haven’t got the bed yet but the service is definitely 5*.
