Outstanding service for Fridge repair
When our fridge/freezer broke down and wasn’t cooling any more I called several appliance repair firms in the evening. Capital Appliance called back right away (I am still waiting for other firms to call back). Sergei came the next morning, as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, came back with the part by noon and fixed the fridge/freezer. Bravo to a job well done.

Won’t be using them again and because of their lack of response, the stove was trashed.

ALL the members of the team I dealt with were professional and pleasant, the ladies I spoke to when I called, and the technicians who were over to do the work. Technicians were punctual and committed to resolving my issue. We had a number of unexpected things that surfaced in the repair of my wall oven requiring additional work including trips and exchange in parts that were ordered however the final price was as provided on the estimate.
