I found this shop online when trying to source some awkward sizes of clothing. With unusual luck, not only did Bodenhams have two of the sizes I needed in each item, they also had a sale price which was extremely generous.

The main reason for my review is in appreciation of the warmth of the customer service I received. There was one item missing from the order when I received it, but within minutes - literally - of emailing a query, I had a helpful, very human response and the item was dispatched immediately.

It’s the warmth that will probably bring me back here - it’s rare to find that personal touch in an online shop and it was lovely enough that I decided one way I could acknowledge this would be to write a review.
