Very personal and exceptional service. I made a last minute Christmas purchase and they arranged for the item to be dispatched straight away. I received my item a day earlier than expected and was delighted both with the item and the service.

I placed an order last Thursday and it turned out to be out of stock. I received a message that my refund should be with me shortly and I still haven’t received this. A waste of time. I would have at least expected a discount on the any following orders or something but nothing like that. Very disappointing service
