"I have just received my first two…"

I have just received my first two orders from Big Fish, and I’m delighted!
They have a full range of denim jeans and joggers to choose from and when I couldn’t quite find my size online I called and within minutes a very helpful gentleman had found exactly the item and size I required in the warehouse and I could order with confidence.
On arrival a few days later I found both items to be excellent quality and fit and am so relieved to have found a supplier who caters for my tall slim frame!

"Great shop for tall people"

I've been shopping here on and off for years as I'm 6'8 and big fish clothing was one of the first places you could get a pair of jeans that was 38 in inside leg. You can call them and actually speak to them which is great. I wish they had more to choose from but my recent order they fit like a glove. There's a chance you might get a sale as well when you look so you might find a bargain I really like to shop here and I recommend this shop to anybody who is tall like myself. Cheers guys keep up the good work

I have no complaint about your quality of the coat I bought or how quickly it was delivered, however the outer plastic bag was cut through several times and went through once to the plastic bag the coat was sealed in. Luckily it didn't do any damage.

Do not use this company! I ordered a KAM 2XL tall shirt for my husband, it was so tight and short! Very poor quality, so I sent it back. I waited 15 days for an email to say the refund would be in my account within 10 days!!! I cannot tell you how angry I am as they take your money in a heart beat! . So I will never use these charlatans again . You hope your buying in good faith, but you most defiantly are not

Delivery, quality pretty good yes. Helpful on fone. Garments did have a charity shop smell. Had to dry clean before storing in closet. Needed long trouser. I found the range very limited(tbf...better than all the others I've seen online). Take it or leave it. So I took it🤣🤣

Very disappointed. Ordered jeans 9th Dec. They arrived very promptly but I returned them as the size was wrong and, as I said on the return form, it looked like the labels had been altered. I sent them back using a tracked Post Office sticker on 11th December. Two weeks later I have received neither a replacement or a refund.

I ordered two shirts for myself and they were delivered promptly. One shirt was great but I had ordered a white Oxford shirt with button down collar that wasn’t a dress shirt as I had thought it would be so I had to send it back. The returns process was brilliant. I didn’t have to leave the house, as I ordered a label and collection online. All I had to do was fill in a simple form, put it in the package and wait for my postie to call the following day with the pre-paid label and away it went. The refund was processed immediately on receipt. Easy. I shall have no qualms ordering again from BigFish.
