"Shocking Service"

I waited in from 6.00am to 6.00pm on the appointed delivery day but product was not delivered. I phoned repeatedly during the day to ask when the item was due and to confirm the item was due for delivery on this day, only to be told it was being delivered by a third party courier and that no delivery information was available. I emailed the customer support address given on my order only for it to come back as 'mail delivery failed'. I phoned again the following morning to ask where my item was, to be told there had been a delay with it reaching the company's depot and that it should be delivered that day. I obtained a phone number for the delivery company and when I spoke to them, they confirmed the item should be delivered that day but that it was never due for delivery the previous day! The item was eventually delivered but I am very unhappy with the service I received. I will not be ordering from you again.

"This company does not seem to get that if you pay for a premium service then you should get a premium service."

I ordered a £500 mattress from Mattresstime. Paid £35 for premium delivery because I needed it by a certain date. I was told that date was fine. The quoted delivery period passed without any contact. No call, no email, no text. So I rang up and was told as a matter of fact that it would be late. No hint of an apology. I pointed out that I had used them and paid extra specifically because of their claimed delivery times, because I wanted it by a specific date. (Eventual delivery date 20 was days after order). Given that I had not received the premium delivery service that I paid for I suggested, perfectly politely, that they should refund the delivery fee. I was told pay it, or you can cancel the order ..."we will not be held to ransom by you". Wow.
I pointed out that they were offering no choice at all because cancelling would add another 2-3 weeks delay, on top of an item that was already late. Silly me. I thought Mattresstime might actually provide the service I paid them for and be reasonably polite as well.
So everyone, make up your own minds whether this is the sort of company you want to do business with. I'll go back to the competition, where they try to treat a customer like........a customer.

Really pleased with the mattress we had delivered last week, The service was excellent, the mattress was delivered in about 15 hours!
