"Purchase and Installation of Neff Oven"

This was the 1st time I'd shopped at Dacombes in Wimborne & it was a stress free experience. Bought the oven on Monday & it was installed on the Friday.
The 2 man installation team kept me up
to date with their expected arrival time. Removal of old oven and installation of new oven was smooth & they answered all my questions. Took the old oven away for disposal for a reasonable charge.

After making my first purchese at Dacombes, a dishwasher, it malfunctioned on first use a couple of days later. They had an engineer here the same day! Unheard of with any other outlet!! Sadly the fault could not be identifyed so a replacement was arranged for Monday, this being Friday afternoon.
The staff at the store & the engineers who attended were all helpful & friendly. The job was not rushed & everything was left adjusted & tidy all of which I have not come across with other stores. I wish I'd found them sooner & will always go there first in the future. Thank you Dacombes
