From the advice given at the shop to the delivery and installation of the fridge, we received excellent service. Joe and Ed came up against a few problems but they were polite, courteous and hard working. They went over and above to make sure everything was right and explained how things worked. Very good customer service, from asisting in selecting the right appliances for our personal needs to the delivery and installation. Each person we came into contact was friendly and gave us the confidence they knew their stuff. Prices were very competitive which was the cherry on the cake. I went on line to look for a Bosch integral washing machine as my old one of over 10 years had broken. Daccombes were very competitive in price and they said they could deliver within two days without a delivery charge. True to their word they delivered the washing machine and collected the old one for a small fee.

We couldn't fault the service that we received, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a fridge freezer which wasn't too deep, they were very well informed of their appliances and we found just the right one. We also wanted a washing machine, we were advised on the various brands and their capabilities, it made our choice very easy. Then the oven and combination oven, again good advice and also told about a kit to make it look like one unit despite being two appliances. We were put under no pressure, we visited the showroom, got the information and went home and thought about our requirements and when we were ready to order we returned and we were given a very good price. The delivery service was also excellent, we were called to say we were the next delivery.
We will certainly recommend Dacombes and definitely use again in the future, a very personal service. Thank you and well done.
