PLEASE BE AWARE; I played poker at the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square recently, September 2023. We were in the middle of a poker hand when the dealer reached out and grabbed my cards and mucked them. I of course reacted by asking why, he said he thought I’d mucked. Unbelievable!! Complained there and then, a manager came over and said basically tough, I kid you not. I complained further and to they then called security who threatened me into leaving. Wow!! The fact they were so comfortable in denying me any fairness of process or simple courtesy should act as a warning to others. Oh! and I had this real feeling at the time if I was a white customer the whole threatening, not giving a damn about what the dealer did to me and the Managers being complicit in just getting me thrown out would never have played out as it did. Be careful folks.

Emma the manager is racist as hell, also ammar the security guy. Incident was on 9th of July, I had buy in of £7000 and I lost it. After that I casually asked one of the person over there if I can transfer him some money and he can withdraw for me as I was out of my ATM Withdrawal limit. He went to complain to emma that I was actuall begging him for money. She immediately came to me and said you are suspended from casino. And Ammar the security guy pushed me out of casino immediately. If you are asian and just going for entertainment watch out for EMMA and AMMAR they definitely gonna follow you like a hell and they will just find a reason to evacute you. This is a true story and this casino's manager especially EMMA is horrible. Please avoid.

"I wanted to share my recent experience…"

I wanted to share my recent experience at this casino, which unfortunately left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. After my sense time ended I was asked by the manager to email their customer support team to be allowed back in.

After I emailed them Ive been in casino many times and lost too much money nobody told me Im not allowed to come in, but when we started wining they started saying im not allowed to come in, during my last visit, my friend and I were playing together with his money, and when he tried to cash out, we were accused of fraudulent activity. The casino staff claimed to have reviewed surveillance footage and accused us of switching players, they told us they was watching us from cctv which means they now Im not allowed to go in they was waiting me to lose without saying anything but I make money they started saying Im not allowed to go in in this case they was now from cctv who I am and let me to play, As a result, they refused to pay out our winnings and asked us to leave.

As someone who has been a regular customer at this casino, I was deeply disappointed by the way we were treated. It felt like we were being robbed of our rightful winnings and unfairly ejected from the premises.

I am reaching out to share this experience in the hopes that others can make an informed decision when choosing where to gamble. While the casino may offer attractive promotions and a wide selection of games, the lack of fairness and respect for customers' rights is concerning.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this casino based on my experience and the unfair treatment my friend and I received.

"Show amazing, staff terrible"

We went to go see Magic Mike at the Hippodrome.

The dancers and the performance was amazing, really talented guys and gals, it wasn't cheesy and was so much fun (deserves 5*).

Unfortunately though our experience was over shadowed by the waiting staff. You really need to come up with a new system for drinks, or just let people pay when they order (like we asked to, but was told we pay at the end). There was clearly some confusion around our bill, I hadn't realised that if two people take your order (we were told by one guy that HE WAS EXCLUSIVELY dealing with us), then you don't pay a final bill you have to pay two people separately! When the guy who was "exclusively" dealing with us came to collect our payment, I paid and we carried on watching the show. A few minutes later another man come over to collect the payment the exact same order that I assumed we had paid for.

I showed him the recipes and he was getting frustrated and so was I. It was very clearly a miscommunication, and didn't warrant his overreaction. The bride we were with asked him to sort it out at the end because we were missing the performance that we (like everyone else there) paid a lot of money to see. He was then shouting at her and saying "no", we had to sort it out now. We ended up missing two performances because of some guy screaming at us. The bride then got his name wrong when she asked him to calm down, and he started yelling at her about that, implying that she couldn't tell the difference between him and the other waiter, he implied that was the reason he was upset... but, that happened after the barrage of abuse we had just listened to and was just an excuse for his behaviour. People get names wrong, especially with people you do not know!

He eventually left but our experience was ruined and we were all deflated at the end of what was a really good show. After the show WE approached him and paid the bill once we understood what had happened, and were met with him just being extremely rude and hostile, and denying in front of his colleague that he had not been shouting at us. He was, a lot!

I have never experienced customer service like it, terrible!

Long story short I was emailed an offer which i took advantage of where my first deposit was matched. They didn't match it so contacted live chat which sent me on a wild email goose chase requesting I forward the email back to them because they had no record of sending me the offer. I don't have time for casinos like this, sending you all round the houses for a simple welcome offer. Clown show
