Nous avons été très bien reçu et le véhicule mis à notre disposition était neuf et nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise.

Ho noleggiato auto letteralmente in tutto il mondo, mai capitato nulla del genere come da Vettura all'aeroporto di Olbia. Spiego: al rientro, l'impiegata, finta afflitta, trova un graffietto sul paraurti anteriore, roba da nemmeno 3 cm. Mi ha, sempre dispiaciutissima, addebitato (dal deposito già bloccato sulla carta di credito) 400 euro + 60 di pratica. 460 euro ingiustificati, per non dire peggio. Perché in realtà, vendono assicurazioni, non noleggiano auto. Tutti gli eventuali dettagli su aiuto, broker, costi etc., diventano superflui dopo.
Sconsiglio.

Basta leggersi qualcuna delle recensioni su google maps per avere un quadro più realistico: noleggio economico, rientro con graffietti non rilevanti o rilevati, bel dannone da pagare, hanno proprio un pattern.

Stay away. Charged 200€ for a tiny scratch on a hubcap!
1. They have no instructions on how to pick up my car 2. I waited 30 minutes f or the shuttle. A French guy I met told me he waited 2 hours to get his car. 3. They demanded that I return the car clean. 4. They charged me for the smallest of scratches on a hubcap that certainly no other company would charge. See the pic. I can't even be sure it was not there before as it's barely noticeable.

Der Mietwagen war top in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich und die Abholung und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen dauert nur wenige Minuten.
Beim nächsten Mal werden wir wieder hier buchen.
