"They are scammers."

Simply put – do not rent from them. They are scammers.
Those who are satisfied just got lucky. The scheme is simple: they offer you a car at an attractive rental price – and that’s where the good part ends. I'm not even talking about the endless waiting times or the rude and arrogant behavior of the customer service staff.

Here’s the real issue – when you return the car without having purchased their insurance, they will almost certainly "discover" a tiny scratch, usually on the plastic part underneath the bumper or in some other barely visible location. Before handing you the car, they tell you to take photos – that’s their cover-up. But realistically, who goes crawling under the car to photograph the underside?

This nearly invisible scratch – which may have been there all along – will then cost you €400. And if you try to dispute it, they will call you a liar.

Just read the one-star reviews – they’re all true. When I returned my car, there were three other customers dealing with the exact same issue.

I’ve been renting cars for 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. This review will probably be deleted or answered by Vettura’s generic “internet robot” with whatever canned response they choose.

But the truth is: Vettura – YOU ARE SCAMMERS, AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE THAT.

Una truffa legalizzata, ritiri la macchina ti dicono di fare le foto a tutte le imperfezioni della macchina per poi verificare alla riconsegna. Appena arrivati al controllo il ragazzo va diretto a controllare sotto al paraurti anteriore dove guardacaso c'è un profondo graffio e ci chiede se abbiamo le foto di quel graffio SOTTO LA MACCHINA. Imbarazzante perché ovviamente non avendo la foto SOTTO LA MACCHINA il danno è stato valutato 400€. Un consiglio dal cuore..STATE LONTANI

Personel is very welcome and professional. I've been provided with the car of a bigger class than booked.

One thing that should be remembered is to take video of all exterior/interior when you take a car as because some of the damages could be not on the list.
