From the time when we called after arrival to the time when we could actually drive off, it took more than 60 minutes. The paper-/computer work took very long and we had to fill in 2 Pages despite all information was already given when we booked the car. Additionally the client before us had 100 questions. The car was fine and in a good state. The return was much quicker. From arrival to drop off at the airport about 20 minutes.

Abholung und Abgabe sowie Transfer vom Flughafen waren kein Problem.

Ho prenotato un'auto attraverso un intermediario, ma ho voluto cmq chiamare direttamente Vettura x dei chiarimenti e rassicurazioni, soprattutto riguardo alla cauzione. Durante la ricerca avevo letto molte recensioni negative (su altri autonoleggi) riguardo ad una gestione per così dire "disinvolta" della cauzione: addebiti per danni mai avvenuti, ritardi nello svincolo, ecc. Arrivata sul posto, fatto il contratto, ho controllato insieme al personale lo stato dell'auto, ho fatto foto; al momento della restituzione l'auto è stata nuovamente controllata e, visita l'assenza di danni, la cauzione è stata stornata immediatamente, con ricevuta. Il tutto con gentilezza e professionalità. La consiglio, senza riserve!

Bei uns hat alles super geklappt!
Wir haben das Auto über Check24 gebucht und versichert.
Bei der Abholung wurden uns alle bisherigen Kratzer/Schäden am Auto ausführlich gezeigt.
Bei der Abgabe hatten wir auch keinerlei Probleme und alles war nach 10-15min erledigt.

Was wir nicht wussten: Man muss bei der Ankunft anrufen, damit das Shuttle dann einen vom Flughafen abholt.
