Great service on September 17th, because we had a very bad delay in the night and Vettura provided us with our car nevertheless.

"Good Car - NO VISA Debit"
While all other car rentals I tried during the last years (mainly also in Italy) accepted VISA Debit card by DKB (who give the possibility to block the requested 1500€) without problems, Vettura didn’t accept it. Instead we had to pay 300€ extra for an insurance offered by Vettura.
That being sad - the car was in a perfect condition and staff was still friendly. For the pick-up you have to write or call them and then they come and take you from the airport.

Booked via Discovercars and all went great. Easy transfer from airport to Vettura (3 minutes) and no problems getting the car and bringing it back. Very helpful guy, also we were one day late cause of plane cancelling. Thanks a lot, every time again!

Quando ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni non sapevate nemmeno cosa rispondere, poveracci. Detto questo sconsiglio questa specie di compagnia di ladri, un bacio e buon lavoro.

"Booked 5 seater car"
Booked 5 seater car. Received 4 seater car. Vettura unable/unwilling to change for 4 days into rental period, by which time we were miles away from the pick up point and unable to change it. 5 passengers so it was a nightmare.
In response to Vettura's comments:
I did not mind what car I was given, all I specified was that it must have 5 seats. Ventura were notified of the problem and asked to change the car on 15th September. When you did not respond to messages I called you several times but you did not respond at all on 15th. The following day (16th) you advised that a car with 5 seats was not available until 17th. The inconvenience caused lasted the whole holiday as by the 17th we were a long way from the airport and unable to travel hours both ways to exchange it.
To leave a client without seatbelts is dangerous and completely unacceptable.
