mi sono trovato bene. Il personale allo sportello è gentile e mi ha gentilmente aiutato. Ho usato l'auto per oltre 500 km senza mai problemi. È probabile che mi affiderò di nuovo a Vettura, se ne avrò bisogno.

Manque d'information sur la nécessite de disposer d'une carte de crédit pour le conducteur. C'est ma femme qui avait la carte de crédit et moi des cartes de débit. Impossible donc de prendre le véhicule sans payer 200 euro supplémentaires. La dame à la réception n'a rien fait pour arranger les choses et au contraire s'est mise à hausser le ton en nous criant dessus. Expérience traumatisante, nous sommes repartis à l'aéroport pour louer une autre voiture à moindre coup avec la carte de crédit de ma femme.

The car was brand new and exactly what we booked. Difficult was that with drop off you open at 8.00 and our flight was at 9.15. Also you told us the block on the credit card would be released but that didn’t happen. I spoke to my bank and they say only you can remove the block.

Avete cura. Questa gente sono disonesti. Per un piccolo graffio che credo non cera quando ho affidato la macchina, mi han preso 400 euro piu 60 per amministrazione (di cosa non so). Io o saputo que quella riparazione non veniva a costare piu de 100 a 150 euro.
