"A wholehearted recommendation, best decision ever "

A wholehearted recommendation! Adam is simply amazing. The service we received and the product are absolutely perfect, and we just want to express our gratitude. While waiting for our custom Auping bed to arrive, Adam personally came to Cambridge and provided us with a nearly identical temporary bed. He is a true expert in sleep engineering and was incredibly patient throughout the entire selection process.

On top of that, he went above and beyond by opening the Soho showroom especially for us, knowing we were coming with a baby. I am so grateful, and I have no doubt that we made the right choice—worth every pound. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate!

As academics, quality sleep is crucial for both of us, especially as I’m a new mother to a 9-month-old baby. Adam has stayed in touch and reassured us that when we move, he will personally ensure the bed is delivered safely. Highly recommended!

"Great service and great "curation" of accessories"

Even if you can find some of these beds at other retailers, I strongly recommend buying them from Rested for the following reasons:

1. Adam (the co-owner) really understands the products. You tell him your specific needs and he doesn't waste your time on beds/features you don't need. I knew what kind of bed I wanted ("the luxury hotel room bed") but I wondered whether to buy under bed storage, even though I had available closet space. Adam told me not to bother with the under bed storage in that case. An honest salesman, for once! He also told me that the mattress firmness was correct for my body weight.
2. Adam and his helper personally delivered my king size bed up five flights of stairs. (Didn't fit in the lift.) They also removed my existing rather heavy bed and took it to storage, free of charge.
3. Adam is like an art curator who selects the best sheets, pillows, duvets, and pyjamas for his clients, so that you don't have to shop around. I'm extremely happy with the sheets and pillowcases, and I'm sure the duvet and pyjamas will be of equally high quality when they arrive.

As they say, you spend a third of your life in bed. I only wish I had decided to upgrade my bed earlier, and seen the Rested website. Better late than never.

I have been dealing with Adam at Rested who has provided outstanding customer service.
He has gone above and beyond to make sure Im happy with clear thoughtful communication every step of the way.
After having a couple of small issues with the bed I purchased Adam came to my house to asses and rectify the problems immediately with no hesitation.
Everyone that I have met and dealt with at rested have all been lovely and very helpful.

"Great choice of product for tall people and pleasure to deal with"

I bought an Auping extra length bed from Rested. We have not used the product yet, first impressions are that it is of high quality and looks good. I visited the Rested showroom at the Chelsea Design Centre at the end of last year because I wanted a new bed. The team were fantastic, spent loads of time with me trying different mattresses to make sure I chose the correct one. I even went for an adjustable bed which I'm now sleeping on!! The bed was installed very professionally and the team were really friendly. I love my bed!!

"nothing like tried"

As much as the advice received was perfect, the mattress delivered is not as expected. First mattress was softer than purchased, the replacement is harder than purchased. It seems that if you do not purchase the entire bed you will achieve the comfort in the shop. Highly disappointed by the quality.
