Really bad communication will not recommend. Literally wasted a month because of them not informing us about the next steps in the formation process and forgetting to send us the elster log in, or even communicating that we need to fill in the forms in Elster by ourselves.

To clarify. We had an initial call where the process was explained. After that there was a checklist that was supposed to be send to us outlining the whole process. We never received this checklist or had any idea where we are in the process. Email communication was average at best with emails going unanswered or just being ignored. This situation delayed the formation of our company for up to 6 weeks.

It is surprising to me that a company that advertises it's self as helping people found their companies will make these many mistakes in the formation of a GbR.

The service firma.de provides felt unnecessary and a complete waste of money.
