I made an order for the company formation for more than 2 weeks and nothing has happened yet.

I keep getting emails that my company purpose needs an update and that I should reply to them.

1- emails do not get delivered
2- called multiple times always landed on voicemail.
3- left a voice messages after every email
4- they didn’t make it clear that the cashback only kicks in after the company was formed

I stress about the thought of getting the same email asking for the confirmation to change the company purpose.

I want a full refund. Please contact me

"Disappointing "

A little hard to review, because at the beginning the service was quite ok, but then at a certain point I felt completely abandoned. My contact person would take forever to reply to my emails, and I would need to keep following up to understand my next steps. The whole point of their service to me was to have the transparency on all of the steps associated with the formation and have the certainty that nothing would be missed. Instead, I feel like I'm now even worse off because I allowed myself to "relax" presuming I would be guided and turns out I still need to take care of everything myself.

Additionally, I have also purchased the MeLawyer subscription, which turned out a complete scam - not only they never applied the 50% discount that's been advertised and clearly stated in my purchase, but also the service itself was very poor. ChatGpt or a quick Google search could provide me same or better outcomes and when I requested a follow up call (which is included in the package), the person didn't seem any more knowledgeable than me and I was advised to send an email with my questions.

All in all, quite disappointing. After going through the process, Firma.de seems to me like a company just looking to capitalize on the convoluted German bureaucracy, without much care or accountability for the services they claim to offer.

Herr Munck hat mich super beraten - sehr seriös und kompetent - er hat sogar empfohlen die Gründung in meinem Fall nicht über seinen Service zu machen, weil wir einfach schon zu weit sind und es keinen Sinn mehr machen würde - also nicht verkauf um jeden Preis sondern verkauf über seriöse Beratung! DANKE!!
