After installing the new Compact Shower Filter I found it has a leak. I emailed PureShowers and was sent an email apologising for this happening and instructions, with pictures, on how to fix the problem. A seal had moved in shipping. Excellent customer service. Thank you

I have purchased a couple of Pure Showers 4 stage cartridge filters. Previous to using their filters, on turning on the Shower in the morning I could smell the extremely strong stench of chlorine etc. Now it is a pleasure. The water also feels soft. I hope to shortly purchase their shower heads which appears to have a stainless steel plate. Such heads are a rarity. All good wishes to those who provide such an excellent service coupled with remarkable products.

I’ve ordered the shower and I test my water before and after and guess what is not any difference! Like no difference at all! The chlorine level, the PH , the Alkalinity, etc ,, everything is absolutely the same using my old shower and this one! Very disappointed!
