"Good shower head"

I like the design of the shower head and it is really handy. The water is soft now and I can see my hair is growing again. Nice product. I highly recommand this shower head to others.

"Cheaper better alternative replacement cartridge filters"

Firstly, this company provided me with a Compact Shower Filter and I think I twice ordered replacement filter cartridges with no problems. My area has extremely hard water, living over chalk.
I think it was sometime in Nov 2022 when I needed a new cartridge, but they were out of stock wrt this one.
I waited well over a month for this company to acquire replacement compact shower filter cartridges, because my filter cartridge was well past its expiry date and completely unusable, being well encrusted with hard water deposits. Time went on - and on. Then shortly after Christmas I searched online.
The Pure Showers KK-TP-11 filter features 8 stages and costs a tad over about £20 ea. On Ebay I found a (I beleive to be a Chinese UK based seller calling itself goodshot3 - there are others). These people were selling exactly same size filter but 15 stages instead of 8. I have just bought 2 of these costing £22.66 total, including delivery Vat etc. They quote the size of the package box to be 2.7 x 2.4 inches - if one deducts about 0.1" from those measurements, that is the size of the cartridge itself. The cartridges themselves are absolutely identical to the Pure Showers ones but about 1-2 times as effective and about 1/2 the price of the Pure Showers ones. I thought this might be helpful to others.

Great product and already noticing the difference with water quality. We live in a hard water area , this shower filter head really works. The water is less harsh on my skin and leaves it feeling so much softer. As a sufferer of psoriasis this has also improved. Highly recommend

"Appalling customer service"

Appalling customer service. Our two year old electric shower suddenly stopped working after 3 uses with one of their shower heads and I therefore requested a return/refund.

I returned the item once it had fully dried out (as instructed), and the company signed for the filter but I was never refunded. I repeatedly chased this with them for over a month and they had the audacity to say I hadn’t been refunded because someone was still ‘searching’ for the filter in the warehouse (??)
This was despite me providing proof of a signature which showed that the item was accepted at their premises. They took their time to reply to me with each response and on the whole were unapologetic about the situation. They also never sign a name on their emails so you have no clue who you’re dealing with - which I find very unprofessional.

Eventually I was told I would be refunded but surprise surprise, this never happened… so YET AGAIN I had to chase them!

This was my first and last experience with Pure Showers. In total this cost me around £220 in various call out charges because of the broken shower, and the price of a new unit.

Negative experience, dreadful customer service, avoid them like the plague.

It does soften the water and takes out a lot of the chlorine. My skin is no longer so dry after taking showers.

Great product. We have used the shower head both at home and on canalboat and it really makes a difference to our water pressure and the feeling of the water.

I saw this being used by someone on youtube ( not a sponsored video by the way ). They said it was great and I wondered if this could help me with a skin condition. So far a very positive effect. My scalp feels less irritated and it uses less water so a win,win.
