I have had pain in the ball of my foot for the past 3 years with every step I take. When walking more than a half a mile, and couldn’t go further because of the pain. I tried the Power step ortho w/ metatarsal in soles in one pair of shoes, life changing. I now have the insoles for each pair. I can walk as long as I want without pain.
