"Caveat Emptor"

Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware. NO CANCELLATION POLICY. The salesman I spoke to put on a high pressure sales performance, speaking over me and telling me anything he thought I wanted to hear. Normally, I bail in that sort of 'pressure' situation but, as noted, he told me everything I wanted to hear. My mistake. Within 24 hours I found he had blatantly lied to me, and there was no way I could proceed with purchasing the two suppressors I ordered. I called to cancel and was reminded of the no cancellation policy. So, beware. They'll lie to you to get your money and hide firmly behind their 'no cancellation policy', jumping right over unprofessional and landing squarely on totally unethical. I've filed a claim with my credit card company to try and get my money back, but apparently they are disputing it because, per the credit card company, the charge is still on my account.

This is my second time getting suppressor from Silencer Central and it’s very easy and quick. It was much quicker the second time because I no longer have to do the fingerprinting since they already have that on file. Though the ATF approval only took a day or 2, the 7 days waiting period before the can ship the item to us is what makes the process took a bit longer. Since this is a requirement, they can’t do anything about that. But it’s worth the wait and I am very satisfied. SC is highly recommended.
