"It has taken about 60 days longer than…"

It has taken about 60 days longer than going with the local program. Things like, they say that it takes about 20 days for your finger print card to get to them by mail?? Mine supposedly took 21. It was over a month in process before it was submitted to ATF. When they over promise and under deliver , there is no good way to hold them accountable as you cannot get them to refund. So buyer beware. Custumer service is pleasant to talk to but can do nothing to help the bad process.i started in early December when the ATF approval times were 14 days on average. I still don’t have my silencers it’s march 5th.

"3 years and still waiting….."

I began this process August 11, 2022 and still do not have a functioning product. Silencer Central gets credit for 2 years of that time because for 2 years my order either didn’t ship, shipped to the incorrect address or simply got lost in their system when they changed to a new system. You’d think that waiting 3 years for a product I paid in full for would generate some type of speedy process to correct the issues. It hasn’t.

As a company I think they have a great idea, but they failed me in putting that process to work. Nearly 3 years and I’ve yet to put one round through my Banish suppressor.

I expect some freebies to make up for my exceedingly long wait time.

I have nothing but praise for Tyler and Brittni for guiding me through this process from beginning to end. From the sale to the tax stamp approval took all of 12 days. I bought two other suppressors through Silencer Central a couple of years ago and this was a record time frame for me. The first one had to go through the old paper system and took about 10 months, the second one about 4 months later went through the new digital system and still took about 6 months for approval. I physically received them about a week apart. I had heard of improved process times but I hadn't expected anything like this. Very impressive!!

The people are super nice and super patient. The only thing that sucks is if I’ve been known having a trust twice as long to get OK through ATF, I would not have done it. They should’ve told me that and it seems like it takes a long time to go through all the paperwork, but other than that, the people are great
