You did what you you said you would and the covers for my AC window units came in and fit like a glove.
It was important to give you accurate measurements (I rounded up where necessary after measuring twice) for the AC window units and the covers for them was what you delivered to me. I did not like the bungee option for the 1st cover I bought, so I just skipped it and all other options for the 2nd cover.

This company could not have done a better job. It is a heavy duty cover and fits to perfection. I measured the dimensions multiple times to ensure it was correct and they designed it spot on. I waited some time before opening the package fearing it would not fit and wasted my money. Not the case. Many thanks!!!!! Very, very happy.

"Bad Grommets, not worth upcharge"

Paid for Grommets and tie and Grommets fell off when feeding draw string. Poor construction.

Initially, the cover I received was not sewn straight, causing a bulge on the long side. I contacted the company on October 8, 2024, and sent additional photos of the box the cover was sewn for. The company responded by sewing a new cover, which I received at the end of November. It now fits like a glove. I am now updating my initial review to give my purchase experience five stars.
