I was able to talk with Malky to confirm the measurements. She also sent me photo which included the box out cuts needed to cover my odd shaped AC unit!
The unit was sent FedX at no charge. The material was very well made and was easy to take off and store in the plastic bag I also purchased from them! They provide a three month warranty.
