Great communication via email. My vet would not fill the prescription for Comfortis online so I had to get a hard copy and mail it in. Even with rebates from the vet's office, they could not beat Petvaluemart's price. The vet's office wanted me to make sure that I was getting the "real" thing so she had me take photos of the package that they had on hand, and asked that I verify that what I received from Petvaluemart was indeed legit. Within few days of mailing the prescription, I received the Comfortis and verified it against the photos from the vet's office. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you!
