To be honest I was a Discount Supplements customer before, but there was a particular supplement I was after and they didn't have it, so that lead me to Affordable Supplements and boy I'm glad it did, I realised I had been paying a little too much for my gear even with paying postage for A.S my gear was cheaper (free postage with D.S). Also my last order from A.S wasn't fulfilled on arrival and I contacted them, with no hesitation they were able to explain to me the product I had ordered was currently out of stock and would follow on ASAP the guy I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I've given Affordable Supplements 5 stars because of their prices and communication, my only gripe would be the postage times are a little slow but I'm aware of this now and I just order my stuff that little bit earlier!

I have been a customer for years and have always found them great to deal with and a wide range of goods and deal available. It's a shame that you don't have brand ambassadors as I would have been one of the first in line.

Shocking service was received on my order. Paid for recorded 3-4 days delivery, ended up with my products 8 days later. This only happen due to me having to make contact with affordable supplements. Otherwise I feel I would never have received them at all!
The service I received when contacting you was absolutey shocking. Then when I received the products they had damage to them. The reply I got was 'it's cosmetic, and it's not our fault'.
Will not be using affordable supplements ever again.
Serious enquiries need to be made into your customer service department if you do not want to lose other customers as well.
Olympus health are much better, with 100% better customer service. When I had a damage product, they replied within 10 minutes and had a replacement sent in the post free of charge.
