I've always rated and recommended affordable supplements but my last 3 order deliveries have all been delayed by over a week. They accepted my order and didn't say items were not available but each time I then get told a couple of days later that they are waiting for stock to come in and so I have to wait an extra 5-7 days to receive my goods.

I have been using this company for years and overall they are very good. Good products that arrive on time.

The only thing stopping this being 5 stars (which I would give them 95 percent of time) is my most recent transaction with them.

They were out of stock on the protein I normally buy. To be fair they emailed to say that was the case and the date stoak would be available. Unfortunately that date got pushed back a couple of times to the point where I was out of powder for 10 days and had to buy (a rather expensive) emergency tub from Holland & Barratt.

The customer service team when I called to complain told me they would send me my 4 tubs on a special Saturday shipment because I was going away for a week Sunday (and needed to take a tub, hence the Holland & Barratt purchase). But this never happened.

So all in all, this company is good and I'd recommend them but this most recent experience was not very good.

"Stock issues"

I placed an order online, all items were showing as being in stock, got a call a few days later to tell me that my order wasn't in stock and asked if I wanted an alternative.

Then had to wait another few days for the money to be refunded.

Experience would have been improved if your online inventory was accurate.

"Couldn't supply"

Ordered & paid for Kinetica joint support tablets, these are brilliant and helps my arthritis in my ankle no end. Ordered them & paid only to be told they couldn't supply.

Maybe the item should have stated out of stock on the website. For the first time I am disappointed. 😔

Fist time used and liked. Was recommended by my boyfriend who is a bodybuilder for years. Quality products (not H&B standard which was what I was looking for) and affordable.
